According to the "Implementation Plan for Shenzhen to Expand the Scope of Ultra-Long-Term Special Treasury Bond Funds to Support the Old-for-New Replacement of Consumer Goods (2025)", the total amount of subsidy funds is controlled and will be used on a first-come, first-served basis. Since the 2025 automobile replacement and renewal subsidy funds have reached the budget ceiling, after research, the following announcement is hereby made:
1. The 2025 Shenzhen vehicle replacement and renewal subsidy policy will cease to be implemented after all qualifications are granted on October 28, 2025.
2. The application platform ("Shenzhen Car Replacement and Update" WeChat applet) will close the subsidy application entrance at 24:00 on November 30, 2025 , and the query and correction entrance at 24:00 on December 10 .
3. Applicants who are eligible for subsidies must pay attention to the above time points and submit subsidy applications in a timely manner.
